Public Offer (Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services)

This Public Offer defines the terms and conditions under which coaching services are provided.

By booking, attending, or continuing coaching sessions, the Client confirms full acceptance of this Public Offer.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.
Individual Entrepreneur Yaremenko Anna Oleksandrivna, registered under the legislation of Georgia (registration date: 22.10.2019, identification number: 312749167), hereinafter referred to as the Coach, provides coaching services to individuals and groups.

1.2.
The Client is a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18.

1.3.
This document is a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of Georgia. Acceptance of this Offer occurs by the Client’s voluntary participation in coaching sessions.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

2.1.
The Coach provides coaching services, including individual and group coaching sessions, aimed at personal, professional, and leadership development.

2.2.
Coaching services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric services, or crisis intervention.

2.3.
The Coach does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions and does not prescribe treatment.

2.4.
Coaching is a collaborative process that requires the active participation and responsibility of the Client. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

3. FORMAT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

3.1.
The format (individual or group), frequency, duration, and approximate scope of coaching sessions are discussed individually with the Client, usually after the first session.

3.2.
Pricing, scheduling, and communication arrangements are agreed upon personally between the Coach and the Client and are not published publicly.

3.3.
Sessions may be conducted online or offline, depending on individual agreement.

4. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

4.1.
Payment terms are agreed individually between the Coach and the Client.

4.2.
If the Client cannot attend a scheduled session, they must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in the session being considered provided.

4.3.
Refund conditions, if applicable, are discussed and agreed individually, taking into account the number of sessions already conducted.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1.
The Coach undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding information received from the Client during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.

5.2.
Confidentiality does not apply to anonymized information used for professional development, supervision, or quality improvement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1.
All materials, methods, exercises, and content provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of the Coach.

6.2.
The Client may not copy, distribute, record, or transfer such materials to third parties without the written consent of the Coach.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

7.1.
The Coach is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the Client’s use of insights gained during coaching.

7.2.
The Client assumes full responsibility for their physical, mental, emotional, and professional well-being during and after coaching.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1.
Any disputes arising from this Public Offer shall be resolved through negotiations.

8.2.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved under the legislation of Georgia in the competent courts of Georgia.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1.
The Coach reserves the right to amend this Public Offer. The current version is always available on the website.

9.2.
This Public Offer is effective from the moment of publication.
