I don’t help people become someone else.
I help them relate to their life with clarity, responsibility, and choice.

About me
I work with people who are capable and motivated, but feel stuck, uncertain, or exhausted by trying to do everything “right.”
Rather than offering answers or pushing for outcomes, I help people slow down, understand themselves more clearly, and find ways of responding that feel grounded and responsible.
The goal is not to become someone else, but to move through life with greater clarity, choice, and inner stability.
Experience &
Education
I have conducted 850+ individual coaching sessions and worked with clients across different countries and professional contexts.
I am an EMCC-accredited Coach, a certified Responsibility Process® Coach, ACT Practitioner and currently completing a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (MAPP) at UEL.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and ongoing education, with a focus on sustainable change rather than short-term outcomes.

I BELIEVE:
Clarity creates choice.
Choice creates responsibility.
Responsibility creates change and freedom.
Real change does not begin with pressure, fixing yourself, or self-criticism.
It begins with awareness: of your thoughts, emotions, and automatic reactions.
From that awareness, you gain choice.
From choice, you take responsibility without blame.
And from responsibility, you act in alignment with what truly matters to you.
