Responsibility is a central part of my work with individuals, leaders, and teams.
In this short workshop, together with Christopher Avery, we explain the Responsibility Process® — a practical model that shows how people typically respond when things go wrong, and what allows us to move from blame, pressure, or avoidance into responsibility and effective action.
This way of thinking creates a shared language for:
decision-making under pressure
leadership without control
accountability without blame
healthier communication in teams
